On Maui, there is an abundance of choices not commonly featured on mainland menus. Loco moco — white rice, topped with a hamburger patty, a fried egg, and brown gravy — is a popular dish, as is spam musubi and Hawaiian French toast made with Portuguese sweet bread.

If you’re a pancake lover, this is the Maui breakfast spot for you. Customers can make their own pancakes right at the table, so it’s a great place for both adults and children. The menu has all the breakfast must-haves and a few tasty breakfast cocktails to wash it all down with. Open 7am to 12pm.
