Right near the Old Fisherman’s Wharf is one of Monterey’s favorite spots that has been serving up breakfast since 1985. Their classic Belgian waffles and buttermilk pancakes are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. More savory fans will find themselves in heaven with Old Monterey Café’s extensive omelette menu, with pre-made options like their Bay shrimp (with avocado or spinach) and the Portlander (bacon and sauteed mushrooms), alongside their selection of additions that let you customize your fluffy eggs to your heart’s content.
