Maui has several museums that showcase the island’s history and culture, including the Hale Ho‘ike‘ike Museum and the Alexander and Baldwin Sugar Museum in Wailuku, and the Maui Arts and Cultural Center in Kahului.

Go to a Spa

Learn to make some of Maui’s delicious cuisine at one of the island’s cooking classes, such as Chez Kilo in Kula ( up Haleakala ) and Coconut Farm and Cooking School in Haiku.

Maui has three movie theaters on island, Regency Wharf Cinemas in Lahaina, Regency Kihei Cinemas in Kihei, and The Regal Maui Mall in Kahului, where you can catch the latest releases or classic films. 

Play Indoor Games

There are several indoor entertainment options in Maui, such as the Wailuku Lanes in Wailuku or the Maui Escape Rooms in Kaanapali.

Take a Yoga Class

Maui has several yoga studios where you can take a class and relax your body and mind. Some studios to check out are Maha Yoga in Paia, Afterglow Yoga in Wailuku, and Body in Balance in Lahaina.

Explore Hawaii’s Marine Life

Hawaii is known for it’s diverse and exciting marine life. Explore what lives under the sea at the the Maui Ocean Center in Wailuku and the Hawaii Wildlife Discovery Center in Kaanapali.
