This gem of a hotel hasn’t always been around; two siblings discovered it years ago and have since renovated it to become a luxurious haven intended to provide an experience of pure relaxation. Room types include barn suites, cottages and farmhouse rooms, of which are the smallest accommodations of the three. Visit their spa to treat yourself, or choose to not even have to leave your room; you can take a steam shower in your room’s lavish bathroom followed by sitting in front of your own fireplace. There is also a restaurant, courtyard and pool onsite.

Inn at the Tides

The Inn at the Tides will have you wanting to come back not long after your stay is over. Have a masseuse come to your room for a private massage and put on the plush robe found in each room after. Or, visit the whirlpool spa or sauna for a more aquatic take on relaxation. End your day with a visit to one of two onsite restaurants — one of which is also a lounge with a calming, elegant atmosphere so you can enjoy the view, a warm fire and a cocktail.
