If you aren’t looking to surf, but want to get in the water, try stand up paddle boarding (SUP). It has become an increasingly popular water sport and a great way to relax while still getting a workout on the water. SUP strengthens balance, circulation, breathing and core.

With professional instruction, you will quickly learn the fundamentals of surfing and ocean awareness (safety is always a priority) in a 2-hour lesson. There are options of private lessons (age 3 & up), private group lessons for up to 5 people (age 3 & up), and open group lessons (age 9 & up). Private lessons are highly recommended for younger children.

In the reef-protected lagoon, you can learn to SUP in just one lesson. There are three options for a 90-minute lesson — individual private lessons (age 3 & up), private group lessons for up to 5 people, and open group lessons.
