The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa

Fairmont Spa at Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn

This grande dame of Wine Country hotels was built in 1927 on the site of an earlier hot springs resort. Its 40,000-square-foot, European- style Willow Stream Spa includes 30 treatment rooms, mineral waterbaths, Watsu pool and a custom “rain tunnel” you won’t want to miss.

Thanks to five geothermal mineral pools, it’s oh so easy to pleasantly lose a day at Fairmont Spa. Originating 1,100 feet below the resort property, the water ranges from 92 to 102 degrees and is packed with close to 30 different minerals. When your treatment time arrives, you’ll be whisked away to one of the spa’s 28 treatment rooms. The Fairmont Spa is open to both guests and the public.

Osmosis Day Spa Sanctuary

This day spa arguably stands out among the competition because of its signature Cedar Enzyme Bath treatment. The warm and aromatic mixture of ground cedar and rice bran comes from Japan. Osmosis Day Spa and Sanctuary is reportedly the only spa outside of Japan to offer the spa treatment.
