Olema Côtes de Provence Rosé
A true Provence Rosé style, this wine is smooth and elegant, a lovely pale copper-salmon color in the glass. Soaring aromas of fresh strawberry, watermelon rind and honeysuckle lead into flavors of white peach, Meyer lemon and hints of jasmine on the palate. Rated 92 points.
Olema Sauvignon Blanc
From France’s Loire Valley, Olema Sauvignon Blanc, shows great aromatics of bright tropical fruit and green apple. On the palate, pineapple and citrus flavors carry through a mouth-tingling acidity laced with wintergreen and spearmint that carries through the long, zippy finish. Rated 91 points.
Olema Chardonnay
A blend produced from premier vineyards in Sonoma County. A portion of the blend was aged in barrels for a rich, creamy texture with the remainder fermented in stainless steel which preserves the bright, vibrant fruit and crispness. Rated 91 points.
Olema Chardonnay Reserve
Barrel and stainless steel fermented, this reserve wine opens with lovely aromas of yellow peach, baked apple galette and roasted grains. The juicy medium- to full-bodied palate is filled with lemon oil and luscious minerality. Finishing long and full of savory sweet brown spice, this wine has a richness and depth sure to leave your mouth watering. Rated 92 points.
Olema Pinot Noir
A blend of Pinot Noir grapes from premier vineyards in the widely acclaimed Russian River Valley and Sonoma Coast appellations, the wine features classic Pinot Noir characteristics of perfumed aromas and bright, focused red fruit flavors, framed by delicate tannins. Rated 92 points.
Olema Cabernet Sauvignon
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes hand-selected from premier vineyards in Alexander Valley, Dry Creek and Rockpile in Sonoma County. This deeply flavored wine features layers of fruit and a long, intense finish; lovely aromas of dark currant pie and black cherry cigar box. The powerful palate has natural sweetness of dense fruit and lush dark chocolate and is balanced by smooth powdery tannins and followed by a long finish. Rated 91 points.
Olema Sparkling Brut
A deliciously crisp sparkling wine made in the traditional style. Dry with vibrant acidity and a round mouthfeel, the Olema Sparkling Brut features flavors of apple, pear, honeysuckle and pastry dough through the nose and palate with a bright, clean finish. Rated 90 points.
Olema Sparkling Brut Rosé
A salmon color with tiny bubbles that lead into a dazzling, effervescent nose and palate. Aromas begin with rose petal, ripe strawberries and fresh cream, leading into a palate with delicate red fruits and lovely effusive texture. Rated 90 points.
