With hundreds of dining options, finding the best restaurants, food trucks, bakeries, ice cream and shave ice shops throughout the islands can be tricky. We’ve broken it down for you. Artisan agriculture is taking root, though, including heirloom fruit and vegetables, sugarcane (for rum), cacao (for chocolate) and coffee (for making life worth it.)
