Makers and artisans metalwork, stained glass, textiles, recovered architectural objects are set up for browsing at San Rafael’s Embassy Suites Hotel.

The Commodores

March 5

Renowned for the R&B hits “Just to Be Close to You,” “Easy,” and “Brickhouse,” to name but a few, Commodores were one of the top bands during their long tenure at Motown. The group is credited with seven number one songs and a host of other Top Ten hits on the Billboard charts, and their vast catalog includes more than 50 albums. Check them out in Rohnert Park.

Barely Legal presents The Rocky Horror Picture Show at the Phoenix! Film screening with live shadow cast. The Rocky Horror Picture Show is a 1975 musical comedy film that parodies science fiction and horror films. With a screenplay written by Richard O’Brien and Jim Sharman, the film features Tim Curry, Susan Sarandon and Barry Bostwick.

William Wiley, a Marin artist who passed away earlier this year, is honored with a showcase that mixes in the works of unsung artists with works by better-known creators like Wiley, Patricia Leeds, Debbie Dicker and others.

Andre Nickatina Birthday Celebration

March 12

Don’t miss your chance on this rare up and close intimate performance by Andre Nickatina himself. Tickets will include an autographable lanyard and access to Andre Nickatina, as he will be mingling with the attendees throughout the night. Get a picture, get an autograph, relax and watch the show. California Honeydrops

March 17–18

The California Honeydrops celebrate their 12th year together with the ongoing release of cover singles from their forthcoming series collection, “Covers from the Cave.” Led by dynamic vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Lech Wierzynski, and drawing on diverse musical influences from Bay Area R&B, funk, Southern soul, Delta blues, and New Orleans second-line, the Honeydrops bring vibrant energy and infectious dance-party vibes to their shows.
