Jack London Square Holiday Tree Lighting

December 3

Join fellow Oakland residents and see the annual holiday tree lighting at Jack London Square. It is a FREE event featuring a laser light show with snow, photos with Santa, and special live performances by 11-time Grammy winner Tony Lindsay, Oaktown Jazz Workshops’ Performance Ensemble, and The Lyric Performing Arts Academy.

Richmond Art Center’s 60th Annual Holiday Arts Festival

December 4

Each year the Richmond Holiday Arts Festival offers visitors a chance to shop for unique gifts from local arts and crafts vendors, enjoy food and beverages, learn about inspiring community organizations, and participate in art-making activities for the whole family.

Ghirardelli’s Annual Chocolate Warehouse Sale

December 9-11

Who doesn’t love chocolate? Give the gift of chocolatey goodness to your family and friends with Ghirardelli. The Ghirardelli annual chocolate warehouse sale will be happening on the 2nd weekend in December at the San Leandro factory. At this event, you will find deals on seasonal chocolate squares, holiday baskets, and other confectionery favorites.

Telegraph Avenue Holiday Street Fair

December 10-11, 17-18, 23-24
